In plain terms: some links on Siltwell, to weather stations, sensors, seeds, and garden gear, are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you. That's the whole story.
How it works
When we recommend a product, like the weather station and soil sensors that unlock Siltwell's per-bed watering features, we sometimes link to a retailer through an affiliate program. If you click through and buy, the retailer pays us a small share of the sale. Your price is exactly the same as it would be otherwise.
Our promise
- We only recommend gear we'd actually use — in many cases, the same equipment running in our own garden.
- Commissions never buy a recommendation. What we suggest is based on what works with Siltwell and what we'd tell a friend, not on who pays the most.
- We disclose clearly, right next to the links themselves, not buried on this page.
